Who is eligible to avail of this online installments option?
If you have a qualified BDO credit card (Visa or Mastercard only), you may avail of our online installments option. Just register on our website and start shopping. * Excluded cards - Corporate, Commercial, Tie-up & CUP credit cards 

What are the payment terms and interest rates.
At the moment, we only have Absolutely 0% interest payable in 3 monthly installments. 

Up to when is this online installment option available?
Our 0% online installment promo is available from November 6, 2012 until December 31, 2012. 

What items can I purchase for 0% installment?
We have a wide selection of the bestselling items available for 0% instalment ranging from electronics, computers and home appliances. We will include more products in the near future. To find out if an item is installment eligible, just look for the following images in the product pages: 

How many items can I buy on installment?
You may buy as many items as your BDO credit limit allows. However, only the selected items eligible for installment may be availed at the same time. 

Can I mix regular items and installment items in my shopping cart?
Yes you can mix regular items and installment items. Upon checkout you will be asked on how you intend to pay for each item. 

Will Lazada Philippines be offering installments for other credit cards in the future?
Yes, we plan to implement this soon. 

What are the steps to purchase an installment item?

1. Find a product eligible via installment. You may look for them easily by looking at this icon located in the product thumbnails 
2. Add the item to your cart then proceed to Check Out.
3. Login with your Lazada account or sign out as new customer.
4. In the Check Out page, fill in required fields. On the right side is a summary of the products that you want to buy. Review them and decide which item/s you want to pay via installment. Check the tick box of products you want to buy with installments.
5. Upon clicking the Check Out button, the BDO payment gateway will appear and will ask you to fill in your details. Complete the required fields and press submit. Click on Back to Merchant page upon validation. If you have remaining items in your cart, you may purchase it normally through straight payment from any of your credit cards accepted by Lazada.
6. You will receive a confirmation email about your transaction.
